VOLUNTEER – Health Division

Job Description

  • Analyse health needs of the population in the region
  • Analyse existing healthcare services, resources and facilities
  • Assess opportunities for implementation of PPP initiatives in healthcare

Skills, qualifications and experience required

Experience in analysing and setting up projects in the healthcare sector. A technical background is desirable. Strong commitment to learning, excellent communication skills and being flexible and adaptable to work with changing priorities.

VOLUNTEER – VOCATIONAL EDUCATIONAL PLANNER

Job Description

  • Analyse current vocational skills activities in the region
  • Analyse existing vocational training courses, activities in developed countries
  • Set up an international network by cooperating with universities, research facilities and project partners all over the world
  • Analyse existing courses provided through Indian universities
  • Initiate, coordinate, realize strategic options for a future vocational skills development programme (potentially in collaboration with an international partner)

Skills, qualifications and experience required
Experience in analysing, setting up projects related to formal and/or vocational education. A technical background with a management degree is desirable.

VOLUNTEER –AGRICUTURE PRODUCE / FOOD TECHNOLOGIST

Job Description

  • Identify relevant markets to target local produce e.g. supermarkets, international markets
  • Research current consumer markets and latest technologies to develop new product concepts with local produce
  • Improve methods of quality control, sourcing of raw materials, food preservation, processing, packaging, storage and delivery

Skills, qualifications and experience required
Experience in analysing, setting up projects related to food and agriculture produce. A technical background with a management degree is desirable. Strong commitment to learning, excellent communication skills and being flexible and adaptable to work with changing priorities.

Volunteer Business Planning Adviser (Agriculture)

Job Description

  • Support establishment of SME’s in rural areas
  • Evaluate modern farming techniques as applicable in the local setting
  • Business planning for social businesses
